HPA Training Center is a licensed and certified training school that provides Texas DPS required training for Security Officer Certifications and Citizen License To Carry Certification. This is the entry level of private security employment in the state of Texas. Level 2 Officers work in an unarmed capacity in a variety of aspects.

Texas License To Carry (LTC) Class
This licenses allows qualified citizens of the state of Texas to be armed in unrestricted areas. Texas is an open carry state with specific laws as to where and how citizens can carry firearms.

This is the entry level of armed work in the private security industry in the state of Texas. Armed Security Officers work in a variety of capacities on various assignments.
