THE MISSION

HPA Security & Investigations has a primary mission to provide the highest quality of service to our clients and our community. We ultimately aim to change the profession of private security into one that is well respected by security officers and the public. We are aware of the low quality of service provided by most security companies. We pride ourselves on being something different through ethical practices, professialism, and a true dedication to service. This is something that is stated too often and rarely adhered to. This mindframe is applied to every aspect of our organization. We do not hire anyone just because they are qualifed. We do not take on any clients just because they can make payments. We only want to employ the best and partner with the most professional. This mission is one we will not faulter or fail in.  Anywhere you see HPA you will see this at work. This endeavor to success is what we call "The HPA Way"​

Safety is something that is starting to seem much rarer in today's world. Not a day goes by that you dont hear about a major safety event of some kind occuring. I have worked to create a culture of courage when facing these worldly challenges.

 

When I started this company in 2019, I invisioned it as one with brave individuals who have a true passion for protecting the communties we live in and the clients we serve in a unique way. This unique mission required unique individuals. I want to create a family for the people who work. I want to extend that family to the communities we work in and to our clients as well.

Safety and security can be saved. This mission is a bold endeavor that will take all of us working together.
