HPA Security & Investigations is always looking for strong and ambitious individuals to join the team. Applicants must show they have the mental strength, physical capability, and intellectual level to perform the various duties required for at HPA Security & Investigations. Applicants must undergo a detailed onboarding process to become eligible for employment. This process is designed to accurately access applicant's ability to perform the various tasks as a security officer at HPA Security & Investigations.  We are not a company that hires anyone with an active guard card. Only individuals that display moral, mental, and physical aptitude will complete the process and be cleared for employment.

Document Requirements: (Must Be Brought To Initial Interview)

  • Current Level 2 Non-Commissioned License, Level 3 Commissioned Security License, or Level 4 Private Investigator/Personal Protection License

  • Security Training Certifications and Relative Training Certificates 

  • DD214 if Prior Military

Equipment Requirements: (Will Be Inspected At Initial Interview)

  • Reliable Transportation (Applicants Must Be Able To Make It To and Depart Assigned Post Within Time Assigned)

  • Working Smartphone

  • Duty Gear (At this time, HPA Security & Investigations Does Not Issue Employee Firearms. Applicants for Commissioned Officer Must Be In Possession of a Semi-Automatic Firearm To Begin Commissioned Officer Status. Company Will Provide 1 Duty Shirt, Metal Badge, and DPS Approved Name Strip.

Pre-Employment Assessments

  • Reading Comprehension / Summary Multi-Choice Questionaire Test

  • Physical Fitness Test - (1 Mile Run in 14 Minutes, 10 Push-Ups in 1 Minute, 25 Set Ups in 1 Minute)

  • Company Onboarding Process

  • HPA Onboarding Class (This Is a 2 Hour Paid Class and Is Your Official First Day Of Employment)
